Analyst – Supply Operations & Analytics (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda’s fast‑growing Supply, Operations, Analytics and Programs (SOAP) team as an Analyst. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will use data and business insight to drive growth for Agoda’s top hotel partners and shape strategic initiatives across the partner services portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse large data sets to uncover business opportunities and performance trends.
• Collaborate with commercial owners and cross‑functional stakeholders to translate insights into actionable projects.
• Support strategic initiatives that improve partner visibility, conversion, pricing recommendations and financial products.
• Participate in risk assessment, product development and data‑driven decision making.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a solid business orientation.
• Experience working on data‑focused projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Comfort working collaboratively across product, tech, finance, legal and marketing teams.
