Nextcloud Solutions Specialist

About the role

The Nextcloud Solutions Specialist will design, deploy and manage secure Nextcloud environments for our clients. You will ensure data sovereignty, integrate collaboration tools such as OnlyOffice, and connect authentication services like LDAP/Active Directory while providing expert guidance throughout digital transformation projects.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy, configure and administer Nextcloud platforms on‑premise or in the cloud.
• Implement security hardening measures and ensure compliance with data‑sovereignty requirements.
• Integrate OnlyOffice for online document editing and LDAP/Active Directory for authentication.
• Troubleshoot complex cloud infrastructure issues and optimise performance.
• Design customized solutions that meet specific client needs.
• Lead workshops and training sessions for client technical teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of technical consulting experience with cloud or collaboration solutions.
• Strong analytical mindset for diagnosing and resolving intricate infrastructure problems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic, able to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
• Proven ability to drive digital transformation initiatives.
