Product Development Engineer (Remote)

About the role

Comface is looking for a full‑time remote Product Development Engineer to lead the creation and optimisation of new digital products. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to turn ideas into production‑ready solutions while ensuring performance, scalability and security.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and prototype new products from concept to launch.
• Build responsive, SEO‑optimised web applications using React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS and Node.js.
• Integrate and manage headless CMS and cloud infrastructure components.
• Collaborate directly with clients as a technical co‑pilot, providing honest advice and engineering excellence.
• Analyse technical challenges, propose innovative solutions and continuously improve existing products.
• Ensure high‑performance, stability and security standards across all releases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience in product development and design, taking concepts through to production.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project‑management tools is a plus.
