About the role

STOOS CONSULTING is seeking highly qualified AI, data science, and digital innovation experts to join its global roster of consultants. The role supports humanitarian and development programmes worldwide, delivering AI‑powered solutions that improve targeting, accountability, and impact in fragile environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI solutions for humanitarian and development contexts.
• Apply predictive analytics for early warning, crisis response, and programme planning.
• Build decision‑support tools, dashboards, and visualisations for operational optimisation.
• Integrate multi‑source datasets, including surveys, administrative records, and geospatial data.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, automation of programme workflows, and creation of scalable digital platforms.
• Develop NLP‑based communication tools such as chatbots, sentiment‑analysis systems, and multilingual outreach solutions.
• Implement computer‑vision and remote‑sensing applications for climate, disaster, and infrastructure monitoring.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience delivering AI or digital innovation projects in humanitarian, development, or similar complex settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data insights into actionable programme recommendations.
