Project Information Management Officer (Taiz)

About the role

The Project Information Management Officer will support the Health and Nutrition team in Taiz by ensuring accurate collection, analysis, and archiving of project data. This role is essential for delivering evidence‑based health and nutrition interventions and for maintaining data protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Generate statistical reports, graphs, and maps to meet project reporting needs.
• Ensure consistent, compatible data collection from the field and maintain both hard‑copy and digital archives.
• Provide technical support to Health & Nutrition, WASH, and Food Security & Livelihood sectors on data management and analysis tasks.
• Develop monthly visual updates showing project progress and share them with programme coordinators.
• Review reports, give feedback on common errors, and coordinate corrections with project staff.
• Analyse data against programme indicators and produce interactive monthly reports.

Required profile

• Experience in data collection, validation, and reporting for health‑related programmes.
• Familiarity with multi‑sectoral humanitarian projects (Health & Nutrition, WASH, Food Security).
• Ability to work closely with programme managers and technical teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
