Senior Business Intelligence Analyst – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to join its Strategic Partnerships team in Bangkok. You will combine data analysis, strategic thinking, and cross‑functional collaboration to drive growth across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments for the Strategic Partnerships team.
• Leverage data tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvement levers.
• Collaborate with internal partners (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, Financial Institutions, product, marketing, supply, finance) on cross‑functional initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize a performance management system for a large team of account managers.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of partnership data.
• Design, manage, and maintain data tools that support decision‑making.
• Prepare performance updates, proposals, and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Run pricing experiments and A/B tests to refine pricing strategies.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development, or business intelligence.
• Proven ability to apply quantitative methods to ambiguous problems and deliver actionable recommendations.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and comfort working hands‑on in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management.
