Senior Business Analyst – Performance Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work at the intersection of data, technology and marketing, helping to shape campaigns that drive customer value worldwide. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where analytical rigor meets creative experimentation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyse experiments on advertising channels such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of large‑scale campaigns and pricing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that monitor campaign performance and surface actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product, data science and marketing stakeholders to translate findings into roadmap recommendations.
• Present analytical results and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and influence cross‑functional teams.
