Senior Analyst – App Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will drive data‑driven decisions for app‑based acquisition campaigns, working closely with marketers, product managers and data scientists to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of large‑scale initiatives (e.g., TV campaigns, pricing changes) and support product road‑maps.
• Analyse large data sets generated by experiments, extract insights and build dashboards to monitor performance.
• Present findings and actionable recommendations to cross‑functional stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business impact.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL and at least one of the following: SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA.
• Experience building predictive models and statistical analyses.
• Ability to create and maintain performance dashboards.
