Senior Strategy Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Strategy Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. The role will focus on leveraging data and experimentation to optimise marketing campaigns and drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale initiatives like TV campaigns or pricing changes.
• Analyse experiment data, build dashboards and generate actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
