Data Analyst / Senior Analyst – Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Join Agoda's data‑driven Marketing team in Bangkok and help shape measurable, at‑scale programs that boost customer lifetime value. You will work across multiple marketing channels, experimenting with campaigns, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to assess the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other demand drivers.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface growth levers and support decision‑making.
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear visualisations and presentations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• At least 2 years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA, SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
