Marketing Officer

About the role

A2Z School of English is seeking an active, results‑oriented Marketing Officer to drive enrollment growth and strengthen the brand through digital, field, and partnership initiatives. The role combines creative campaign execution with analytical monitoring and cross‑team collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop marketing plans, budgets, and conduct market and competitor analysis to identify enrollment opportunities.
• Execute digital campaigns, create basic marketing creatives, schedule social media content, manage online communities, and track leads in the CRM.
• Conduct field visits, build relationships with companies, schools, universities, and negotiate cooperation agreements.
• Evaluate pricing structures, design promotional packages, and propose offers to maintain market competitiveness.
• Monitor campaign performance, produce regular reports with insights, and align marketing activities with other departments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business Management or a related field.
• Previous experience in marketing, sales, or business development is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, analytical and interpersonal abilities.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, with ability to perform basic marketing translations.
• Organized, proactive, creative and target‑driven.
