Senior Display Marketing Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation)

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Analyst to join Agoda’s Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will drive data‑driven strategies for display advertising, working closely with product, media and analytics partners to optimise campaigns and improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and analyse experiments on display campaigns across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to quantify the impact of large‑scale media investments and pricing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that monitor performance, surface insights and support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data‑based recommendations.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, economics).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of turning complex data into actionable insights.
