Program Manager – Health & Nutrition

About the role

Relief International is seeking a Program Manager to lead its integrated health and nutrition portfolio in Yemen. Based in Aden, you will ensure high‑quality, evidence‑based programming that meets humanitarian needs and creates lasting impact.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the health and nutrition programme portfolio, guaranteeing quality implementation, target achievement and strong team performance.
• Provide technical leadership across interventions, strengthening service quality, capacity development, monitoring systems and adherence to international standards.
• Oversee programme monitoring, learning and reporting to support evidence‑based decision‑making and continuous improvement.
• Support programme growth through assessments, proposal development, donor engagement and fundraising contributions.
• Build and maintain relationships with government counterparts, donors, clusters, UN agencies and other stakeholders.
• Travel regularly to programme locations throughout Yemen.

Required profile

• Advanced degree in Public Health, Medicine, Nursing or a related health/nutrition discipline.
• Significant experience in public health and health programming within humanitarian or development settings.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in at least one area such as primary health care, child health, reproductive health, health systems strengthening, research or evaluation.
