About the role

Join Siemens Healthineers as a Clinical Innovation & Informatics Clinical Expert, working remotely to help health systems improve quality, efficiency and cost. You will leverage Siemens’ portfolio, tools and services to drive measurable clinical, operational and financial outcomes for customers worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze complex healthcare business requirements and translate them into data‑driven workflow solutions.
• Manage customer engagements to deliver sustainable improvements in clinical, operational and financial performance.
• Lead project teams, conduct status checks and ensure timelines and goals are met.
• Prepare and present project status reports and support sales interactions.
• Advise customers on Siemens technologies to enhance quality while reducing cost.

Required profile

• Working knowledge of current healthcare trends such as value‑based care and population health management.
• Understanding of healthcare economics, budgeting and financial planning.
• Operational experience in interventional cardiology or peri‑operative services.
• Project/program management or consulting experience in performance‑improvement environments.
• Strong analytical, workflow‑optimization and clinical pathway expertise.
• Professional oral and written presentation skills with a customer‑focused orientation.
