About the role

Xylo, a growing point‑of‑sale technology provider, is looking for a full‑time remote Digital Marketing Specialist. You will plan, execute, and optimise multi‑channel online campaigns to boost brand visibility and generate qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts across key platforms.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse web analytics to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and design teams to ensure consistent branding and support product launches.
• Track key performance indicators, prepare performance reports, and recommend data‑driven improvements.

Required profile

• Strong background in digital, online, and social media marketing.
• Proficiency in web analytics and ability to interpret data.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Experience with SEO/SEM, email marketing platforms, and content management systems is beneficial.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems is an advantage.
• Demonstrated graphic design and video‑editing abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
