Data Entry Operator

About the role

MSF is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support medical data management at Haydan Hospital in Saada Governorate. The role involves entering patient information into the mission database while ensuring confidentiality and data quality.

Key responsibilities

• Enter medical data (patient details, visit dates, prescriptions, viral loads, etc.) into the MSF database following established protocols.
• Compile data from MSF structures and partner health facilities, search for missing information, and update existing patient files.
• Perform regular data backups, maintain a clean recording area, and report any data‑management issues to supervisors.
• Produce statistical reports when requested by the medical team and uphold strict confidentiality of all records.

Required profile

• Secondary education is mandatory; a diploma in computer science or IT is a plus.
• Arabic (local language) and English (mission language) are essential.
• Applicants must reside in Saada Governorate and be able to arrange their own accommodation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software (Microsoft Word, Excel).
• Experience using medical recording software such as Fuchsia, Epidemiology Information Software, DHIS, or similar platforms.
