Country Logistics Manager – Yemen

About the role

The Country Logistics Manager will lead the logistics function for Humanity & Inclusion across Yemen, reporting to the Country Director. The role ensures efficient management of procurement, fleet, supplies and ICT resources while supporting emergency response and programme implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement logistics strategies, risk maps and incident reporting for the country.
• Oversee procurement planning, fleet management, warehouse operations and ICT systems in line with HI standards.
• Lead and coach the logistics team, fostering professional development and cross‑departmental collaboration.
• Represent HI in external logistics forums and build local partnerships.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in procurement, supplies, premises or fleet management and at least 3 years in a coordination role.
• Proven leadership ability, strong analytical skills and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; fluency in English required, Arabic an asset.
