Logistics, Correspondence & Governmental Clearances Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Logistics, Correspondence & Governmental Clearances Specialist to oversee international shipping, customs procedures and regulatory approvals for pharmaceutical and medical products.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with overseas manufacturers, evaluate shipping quotes and track logistics until goods arrive safely.
• Supervise import permits and releases with regulatory bodies such as the Supreme Board of Drugs & Medical Appliances, and manage exceptional approvals for new product categories.
• Coordinate customs and regulatory fees, oversee clearance procedures and handle internal financial settlements.
• Negotiate with international suppliers, secure commercial agencies and distributorships, and draft comprehensive import plans.
• Monitor inventory levels, execute timely re‑orders and conduct market research for new medical/pharmaceutical items.
• Organise transit permits for company branches and ensure smooth internal distribution logistics.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English for professional communication and negotiations.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in logistics, international trade affairs and governmental clearances.
