About the role

The Danish Refugee Council is seeking a reliable Cleaner to maintain a clean and sanitary environment in its office and guest house facilities in Turbah, Yemen. The role involves daily cleaning tasks to ensure all areas are presentable and hygienic for staff and guests.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning of offices, guest rooms, hallways, stairwells, lobbies, and reception areas.
• Dust, mop, sweep, vacuum, and polish floors, surfaces, furniture, and fixtures.
• Change bed linens, make beds, and clean windowsills in guest rooms.
• Clean and sanitize kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas, including waste removal.
• Inspect rooms and public spaces for cleanliness and report any deficiencies.
• Maintain adequate supplies of cleaning materials and linens.
• Coordinate with other cleaners to ensure consistent standards.
