Senior Business Analyst (Bangkok Based, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs, helping to improve the lifetime value of customers through experimentation, modelling and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze experiment data and build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate insights into implementation road‑maps.
• Create and maintain dashboards, extract insights and present recommendations to senior stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• At least 4 years of data‑analysis experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SQL.
• Experience using SAS, R, SPSS or Python for data analysis.
• Knowledge of VBA and data‑visualisation tools.
