Analytical Analyst / Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Join Agoda's Performance Marketing team in Bangkok as an Analyst, Senior Analyst, or Associate Manager. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost customer lifetime value across global channels.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor, and Trivago.
• Adapt to new product features and roll out successful test changes.
• Analyze large experiment datasets and build predictive models to assess impacts of TV campaigns, pricing elasticity, and other levers.
• Collaborate with product teams to define implementation road‑maps.
• Develop dashboards, extract insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0‑4 years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into actionable business insights.
