B2B Digital Marketing Analyst (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Join Agoda’s B2B Digital Marketing team in Bangkok and help deliver high‑quality, scalable campaigns for our partners across B2B2C channels. You will work closely with Commercial, Product, Data and regional Marketing teams to ensure efficient execution, clear performance measurement and data‑driven recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago, and roll out successful tests.
• Analyze large experiment datasets, build predictive models (e.g., booking impact of TV campaigns, demand elasticity) and collaborate with product teams on implementation road‑maps.
• Develop dashboards, track campaign performance, extract insights and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/business roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA and SQL.
• Experience using visualization platforms like Tableau or Power BI.
