Senior Analyst – Customer Marketing (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Customer Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work with customer, traffic and engagement data to generate insights that shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse customer behaviour, segment the user base and identify patterns that drive engagement and lifetime value.
• Design, launch and evaluate A/B tests on communication products, defining hypotheses and measuring results.
• Develop predictive models and optimisation tools to recommend the best channel, message and frequency for each customer.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to turn data insights into actionable marketing initiatives.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in an analytically focused role.
• Curious, data‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering high‑impact insights.
• Strong ownership and ability to work independently on goals and projects.
• Willingness to challenge assumptions and base decisions on evidence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hadoop and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualisation and reporting.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data‑processing techniques.
