Senior Business Intelligence – Strategic Partnerships

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence professional to join its Strategic Partnerships team in Bangkok. You will combine analytical rigor with business insight to drive growth across APAC.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic analyses to identify growth opportunities and prioritize investments for the Strategic Partnerships team.
• Leverage data and analytical tools to evaluate partnership performance and recommend improvement levers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (B2B, White Label, Affiliates, finance, product, marketing, supply) to deliver joint initiatives.
• Maintain and optimise a performance‑management system for a large account‑manager team.
• Oversee data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy, completeness and timeliness of partnership data.
• Design, manage and maintain data tools that support decision‑making.
• Prepare performance updates, proposals and recommendations for senior leadership.
• Run pricing experiments and A/B tests to refine pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in consulting, data analytics, strategy, business development or related fields.
• Proven ability to apply quantitative methods to ambiguous problems and produce actionable recommendations.
• Growth mindset, entrepreneurial attitude and comfort working hands‑on in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and strong stakeholder management.
