Senior Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will work directly with partners on the ground, turning business briefs into data‑driven projects that shape Agoda’s supply strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Translate internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and storyboarding outputs.
• Extract and analyze data from large‑scale warehouses, delivering statistically robust insights to stakeholders.
• Identify growth opportunities within supply and the broader business.
• Lead new analytical initiatives to improve organisational efficiency and supply health.
• Scale data, insight and intelligence usage across the Supply organisation.
• Automate manual operational processes and quantify time‑savings.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy or BI.
• Advanced, hands‑on experience with SQL.
• Strong, hands‑on experience with data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau.
