Nutrition-Responsive Cash Plus Consultant (Remote, 15 months)

About the role

The consultant will work under the supervision of the UNICEF Social Policy Officer, collaborating with UNICEF, the Social Welfare Fund, the Ministry of Public Health and Population and other partners to implement the cash‑plus project funded by KFW in Tuban and Al‑Mukha districts.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and support the delivery of cash‑plus activities, ensuring alignment with project objectives and partner expectations.
• Develop, maintain and analyse the Management Information System (MIS), including data capture, storage, and reporting for the programme.

Required profile

• Advanced university degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS development and information management, including at least 2 years in humanitarian data work.

Required skills

• Advanced form building and analysis using ODK, InForm and Activity Info.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, MS Access (pivot tables, functions).
• Data visualisation tools: Tableau, QGIS, ArcGIS, Power BI.
• API integration for connecting data sources.
• Strong report‑writing and communication skills in English; Arabic language proficiency.
