Senior Data Analyst, Partner Development (Statistics/ML/BI)

About the role

This senior data analyst position focuses on identifying growth opportunities among mid‑to‑long‑tail hotels, executing experiments and tracking data within Agoda’s Partner Development team. You will collaborate with regional teams to design and implement global initiatives that drive measurable impact.

Key responsibilities

• Apply quantitative analysis, data mining and data presentation to uncover business improvement opportunities and support recommendations.
• Own end‑to‑end projects or launch new experiments to validate the in‑market impact of initiatives.
• Build dashboards and track key metrics to monitor team performance and identify short‑ and long‑term improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional analysts, regional leads, product managers and business owners to drive changes based on identified opportunities.
• Support global Partner Development initiatives, including experimentation infrastructure development and methodology standardisation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as science, computer science, statistics, economics or mathematics.
• 4–8 years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, reporting or business strategy.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities.
