About the role

Senior Director, Cardiovascular Strategy & Business Development will lead the development of enterprise‑wide initiatives that connect innovation, services and measurable outcomes for cardiovascular customers across North America. Reporting to the Enterprise Services Americas Strategy team, the role sits at the intersection of health‑system strategy, partnership development and clinical innovation.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Business Line and Business Area teams to identify, develop and advance short‑ and long‑term strategic initiatives focused on cardiovascular opportunities.
• Shape customer‑centered programs that align innovation, services and outcomes, translating real‑world clinical and operational insight into scalable growth strategies.
• Drive collaboration across Siemens Healthineers businesses to strengthen the customer value proposition and support market growth.
• Lead the creation of programmatic approaches that integrate patient pathways and integrated customer strategies.
• Represent the enterprise services perspective in North America, ensuring alignment with broader corporate objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior‑level health‑system leadership experience within the cardiovascular service line.
• Deep understanding of North American healthcare delivery, customer needs and patient pathways.
• Strong track record of building strategic partnerships and driving enterprise‑wide initiatives.
• Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional Business Line and Business Area colleagues.
