About the role
TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level assistance for homeowners using a booking platform.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls and manage cases simultaneously.
- Act as the first point of contact for homeowners, providing timely assistance and escalating complaints when needed.
- Log, classify, and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call history and resolution records.
- Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on platform changes.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.
Required profile
- Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
- Proven customer service experience with the ability to multitask under pressure.
- Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
- Experience handling both inbound and outbound interactions.
- Clear, empathetic, and professional communication skills.
Required skills
- Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
- Slack collaboration tool.
- Salesforce CRM.
- Windows 11 or macOS 14+ operating systems.
- Standard office productivity tools.
