About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Support Specialist to deliver professional assistance, resolve client concerns, and ensure a positive experience throughout the client relationship. Key responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via email, phone, chat, and other channels.
• Provide accurate, timely information based on client needs and company procedures.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver effective solutions in a professional manner.
• Follow up with clients to confirm resolution of their requests.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate internal team.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, requests, and resolutions.
• Monitor open requests and ensure timely follow‑up and closure.
• Identify recurring concerns and communicate feedback to internal teams.
• Collaborate with various departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Required profile

• Previous experience in client support, customer service, account management, or a similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal teams.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Professional, proactive, and client‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote‑work setup.
• Fluent English for supporting English‑speaking clients.
