About the role

Join Agoda’s Performance Marketing Team in Bangkok and help shape data‑driven marketing strategies for a global travel leader. You will work on a variety of analytical projects, from experiment design to predictive modeling, supporting the team’s mission to improve customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and others.
• Analyze large data sets generated by experiments, build predictive models, and assess impacts of TV campaigns, pricing changes, and demand elasticity.
• Create and maintain dashboards, generate performance reports, derive actionable insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 0–4 years of experience in data‑intensive roles such as consulting, investment banking, private equity, or strategy for a fast‑growing tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages: SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA.
