Senior Analyst / Associate Manager – Marketing Strategy (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a senior‑level analyst or associate manager to shape its marketing strategy from Bangkok. You will combine data‑driven experimentation with predictive modelling to boost customer lifetime value across a global travel platform.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad and campaign structures, bidding and pricing strategies on platforms such as Google, Bing, Tripadvisor and Trivago.
• Develop predictive models to evaluate the impact of large‑scale TV campaigns, pricing elasticity and other marketing initiatives.
• Build and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support data‑based recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, data‑science and marketing teams to implement findings and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (computer science, mathematics, engineering, business or science).
• 2+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a fast‑growing tech company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to move fast, make decisions based on objective evidence and take ownership of projects.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, VBA.
• Experience with statistical tools such as SAS, R, SPSS.
• Data‑visualisation expertise using Tableau or Power BI.
