Senior Marketing Analyst (Bangkok, Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Marketing Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work on data‑driven marketing programs that boost customer lifetime value across a range of online channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad campaigns, bidding and pricing strategies across platforms such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyze large data sets from experiments, build predictive models, and assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing changes and other levers.
• Create dashboards, generate insights, and present actionable recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy roles within a fast‑growing global tech company.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data analysis tools and languages such as SQL, SAS, R, SPSS, Python and VBA.
