Senior Analyst – Customer Marketing (Bangkok, relocation provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Customer Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work with a wide range of customer, traffic and engagement data to generate insights that shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, segment the user base and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Design, launch and evaluate large‑scale A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimise communication products.
• Develop predictive models and optimisation tools to enhance customer lifetime value.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and drive innovation in channel and messaging strategies.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate data insights into actionable marketing actions.
