Sanitation Supervisor (Facility Management)

About the role

We are seeking a Sanitation Supervisor to lead the sanitation services at our Al Ahsa facility. The role involves overseeing contractor personnel, ensuring that all cleaning and sanitation tasks are performed to the highest standards. The successful candidate will bring extensive experience in sanitation operations and a proven ability to manage teams.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and guide contractor staff performing sanitation and cleaning activities.
• Monitor work performance to ensure complete and satisfactory completion of tasks.
• Coordinate daily sanitation schedules and allocate resources effectively.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and quality standards.
• Report progress and any issues to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in sanitation services.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• High school diploma.
• Male candidates only.
