About the role

LinkedIn is looking for an Email QA & Production Specialist to join its Owned In‑House Agency Team. The role focuses on quality assurance and production of email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign, ensuring every communication meets the highest standards before launch.

Key responsibilities

• Build, configure, and deploy email campaigns and automated workflows in Adobe Campaign based on detailed briefs.
• Translate campaign requirements into functional workflows, including audience segmentation, scheduling, and personalization logic.
• Execute comprehensive QA processes for email campaigns and workflows, validating functionality, content, and performance.
• Monitor campaign setups for risks or inconsistencies and ensure adherence to SLA delivery timelines.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of deployment or workflow issues.

Required profile

• Strong technical expertise with a focus on precision and quality.
• Experience in email production and quality assurance within a marketing environment.
• Ability to interpret campaign briefs and translate them into accurate, functional workflows.
• Excellent attention to detail and a high bar for delivering error‑free communications.
