Technical Support Engineer – Renewable Energy

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Technical Support Engineer to join Must Energy Group’s new energy business in Yemen. The role involves on‑site installation, commissioning, inspection and maintenance of inverters, UPS and battery storage systems, as well as providing technical training and after‑sales support to local distributors.

Key responsibilities

• Perform on‑site installation, commissioning, inspection and daily maintenance of inverter, UPS and energy‑storage equipment.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve technical failures for end‑customers.
• Deliver professional technical training and after‑sales support to local distributors and partners.
• Respond promptly to customer service tickets, track progress and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the headquarters technical team to resolve complex technical and after‑sales issues.

Required profile

• Reside in Lebanon or be familiar with the Lebanese market.
• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or a related technical field.
• Prior experience in solar energy, inverter, UPS or battery energy‑storage industry is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills; Arabic fluency highly preferred.
• Strong hands‑on operation capability and independent problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally and work on‑site in Yemen.
