Senior Ops Specialist – Partner Communications (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Ops Specialist/Associate Manager for Partner Communications to lead the design, execution, and optimisation of B2B CRM campaigns worldwide. Based in Bangkok with relocation support, you will work closely with the Performance Marketing team to drive revenue‑generating communications to our supply partners.

Key responsibilities

• Ideate, plan, and launch end‑to‑end CRM campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, web and in‑app messaging.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate fast learnings, and iterate to maximise incremental growth.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and creative teams to develop data‑driven messaging strategies.
• Identify gaps in the existing communication portfolio and propose innovative approaches.
• Benchmark competitor communications and ensure brand consistency.

Required profile

• Creative yet analytical mindset with a strong interest in data‑centric marketing.
• Proven experience managing B2B CRM or partner communication programmes.
• Ability to work from strategic concept through to production and delivery.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast‑paced, global team.
