Senior Ops Specialist / Associate Manager – Partner Communications

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Ops Specialist / Associate Manager to lead Partner Communications within its Performance Marketing team. Based in Bangkok, the role will design, execute and optimise B2B CRM campaigns that engage supply partners across multiple channels worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise, plan and launch end‑to‑end CRM campaigns (email, push, SMS, web/in‑app messaging) for partner audiences.
• Analyse campaign performance, generate insights and drive incremental revenue growth.
• Collaborate with data scientists, analysts and creative teams to identify gaps and innovate communication strategies.
• Maintain and optimise existing communication products, ensuring alignment with broader company initiatives.
• Benchmark competitor activities and recommend creative enhancements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B or partner‑focused marketing, preferably within a data‑driven environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable improvements.
• Excellent collaboration skills and comfort working with cross‑functional, global teams.
• Self‑motivated, curious and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Experience managing multi‑channel CRM campaigns (email, push notifications, SMS, in‑app messaging).
• Ability to work with marketing analytics tools and interpret performance metrics.
