Senior Display Marketing Analyst – Bangkok (Relocation Provided)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Performance Marketing team in Bangkok. You will drive data‑focused initiatives that optimise display advertising campaigns across major search and travel platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run experiments on ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor and Trivago.
• Analyse large data sets from experiments, build predictive models and quantify the impact of campaigns on bookings.
• Develop and maintain dashboards that track performance, surface insights and support strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and marketing stakeholders to implement data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy role at a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
