Senior Analyst – Display Marketing (Bangkok, Relocation)

About the role

Agoda is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead display marketing initiatives from its Bangkok office. You will work with a data‑driven performance marketing team to design, test, and optimise campaigns across major ad platforms, while providing actionable insights that drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Experiment with ad structures, bidding and pricing strategies on partners such as Google, Bing, TripAdvisor, Trivago and other search engines.
• Adapt to new product features and roll out successful test results at scale.
• Analyse large experiment datasets, build predictive models to assess the impact of TV campaigns, pricing optimisation and other levers.
• Collaborate with product teams to define implementation road‑maps.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, derive insights, and present recommendations to stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, business, science).
• 4+ years of data‑analysis experience in top‑tier consulting, investment banking, private equity or a strategy/business role at a fast‑growing global tech company.
• Proven ability to work with large datasets and translate findings into business impact.
