Senior Analyst – Customer Marketing (Bangkok)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Senior Analyst to join its Customer Marketing team in Bangkok. You will work with customer, traffic and engagement data to generate insights that shape marketing strategy and improve customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer data to identify patterns, segment the user base and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Design, launch and evaluate A/B tests on communication products, defining hypotheses and measuring impact.
• Develop predictive models and optimization tools to enhance engagement, lifetime value and channel effectiveness.
• Build business cases for new initiatives and continuously innovate marketing approaches.

Required profile

• Curious and data‑driven mindset with a focus on delivering high‑impact insights.
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently on goals and projects.
• Able to challenge assumptions and prioritize evidence over opinion.
• Ambitious, innovative and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Hadoop and SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
• Solid understanding of statistics and data‑processing techniques.
• At least 2 years of experience in analytically focused roles.
