Pricing Marketing Analyst (Senior) – Bangkok, relocation

About the role

Agoda is looking for an Analyst or Senior Analyst to join its Pricing Marketing team in Bangkok. The role focuses on developing and optimizing paid‑search and display campaigns while turning experimental data into actionable insights that drive customer lifetime value.

Key responsibilities

• Design, launch and iterate text‑ad campaigns on platforms such as Google, Bing, Baidu and Naver.
• Manage and optimize display advertising on social channels including Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
• Analyse experiment results, build predictive models and create dashboards for account managers.
• Collaborate with data scientists, marketers and product teams to translate findings into scalable marketing programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a quantitative discipline (e.g., computer science, mathematics, engineering, science).
• 2+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity or strategy/operations within a fast‑growing tech company.
• Strong numerical reasoning and ability to communicate findings clearly in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with data‑analysis tools such as SAS, R, SPSS, Python, VBA or SQL.
• Advanced Excel skills.
