About the role

CSoft, a long‑standing provider of banking and financial software solutions, is expanding its development team in Varna. The company seeks a Mid/Senior professional to strengthen its automation quality assurance capabilities and support the delivery of core and digital banking applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for banking software.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the software lifecycle.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality guidelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in automation testing within the financial or banking sector.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
