Manual Mobile QA Engineer – iOS & Android

About the role

We are looking for a Manual Mobile QA Engineer specialized in testing iOS and Android applications. The role is part of CSoft’s software development team that creates banking and financial solutions for institutions in Bulgaria and beyond.

Key responsibilities

• Design, execute and maintain manual test cases for mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners and business analysts to understand requirements and ensure quality standards.
• Identify, document and track defects using the company’s tracking system.
• Participate in test planning, test case reviews and test result analysis.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Mid‑level to senior‑level experience in mobile quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of the banking or financial software domain is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.

Required skills

• Manual testing of iOS applications.
• Manual testing of Android applications.
• Experience with mobile testing tools and frameworks.
• Familiarity with test case design, defect tracking and reporting.
