Mechanical Engineer Trainee – Graduate Program

About the role

We are looking for recent Mechanical Engineering graduates to join our transformer manufacturing operations as Graduate Engineer Trainees. The programme provides structured training and hands‑on experience across production, quality control, testing and maintenance.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in transformer manufacturing and assembly activities.
• Support production planning and shop‑floor operations.
• Monitor fabrication, tank manufacturing, core assembly and related mechanical processes.
• Participate in quality inspections and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate with Electrical, Quality and Maintenance teams.
• Prepare production and quality reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards.
• Learn and apply lean manufacturing best practices.

Required profile

• BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates (2025/2026 pass‑outs) encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Effective communication and willingness to work in a manufacturing environment.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrical engineering fundamentals.
• Understanding of transformers, power systems and electrical machines.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, SolidWorks or similar CAD software.
