Lead Analyst – Supply Analytics (Bangkok, relocation)

About the role

Agoda is looking for a Lead Analyst to join its Supply Analytics team in Bangkok. You will translate business briefs into data‑driven projects, work with large‑scale data warehouses, and provide actionable insights that shape Agoda’s supply strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Convert internal briefs into analytical projects, refining questions and hypotheses.
• Extract and analyse data from multiple large‑scale warehouses and deliver statistically robust findings.
• Identify growth opportunities across the supply ecosystem and propose data‑backed recommendations.
• Lead initiatives to improve organisational efficiency and scale data‑driven decision making.
• Automate manual processes and quantify time‑savings from operational modernisation.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of experience as an Analyst in analytics, data science, insights, strategy or BI.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with the ability to ask the right questions.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Advanced working knowledge of SQL.
• Hands‑on experience with data‑visualisation tools, preferably Tableau.
