Information Management Coordinator – Deduplication Platform

About the role

The Danish Refugee Council is seeking an Information Management Coordinator to lead the day‑to‑day operation of a centralized deduplication platform used by multiple humanitarian agencies in Yemen. The role ensures the platform runs securely, efficiently, and in line with UNHCR data‑protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the deduplication platform, including hosting on Amazon Web Services.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement optimisations.
• Manage user access controls and ensure compliance with data‑protection policies.
• Coordinate integration, onboarding, and technical support with partner organisations (CCY, IOM, OCHA, UNHCR).
• Develop and update technical documentation, test enhancements, and support system upgrades.

Required profile

• Proven experience in system administration and operation of cloud‑based platforms.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian data‑protection standards and inter‑agency data sharing.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple partners and technical teams.

Required skills

• Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosting and configuration.
• System configuration and access‑control management.
• Data protection compliance (UNHCR, CMWG standards).
• Technical documentation and troubleshooting.
