Grants & Partnership Management Coordinator

About the role

The Grants & Partnership Management Coordinator supports DRC‑led consortia in Yemen by ensuring donor compliance, managing grant cycles, and strengthening partnership coordination. The role bridges technical grant management with field implementation to maximise impact for displaced populations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of high‑quality funding proposals, ensuring alignment with donor and internal requirements.
• Oversee donor reporting processes and maintain accurate information‑management systems.
• Manage consortium agreements, coordinating with partner grant teams on project cycle management, proposal development, and program strategy.
• Provide technical guidance to consortium members on compliance, quality assurance, and capacity‑building initiatives.
• Support communications and visibility activities, producing materials that meet donor visibility standards.
• Respond to ad‑hoc donor meetings, prepare briefings, and facilitate follow‑up actions.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in grant management, donor compliance, and consortium coordination.
• Strong understanding of humanitarian programming and the refugee context.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills with a focus on quality assurance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and field teams.
