About the role

Green Empowerment NGO is seeking a data‑driven professional to lead its online donation campaigns. You will manage the organization’s Google Ad Grants account, using $10,000 per month of in‑kind search advertising to raise awareness of Yemen’s environmental challenges and to drive digital fundraising for inclusive projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage Google Ads campaigns focused on nonprofit fundraising and awareness for environmental, renewable energy, and inclusive integration projects.
• Ensure strict compliance with Google Ad Grants policies, maintaining required performance metrics such as a 5 % click‑through rate.
• Write compelling ad copy that highlights regenerative reforestation, humanitarian relief, and data‑driven impact.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to measure donation success and user engagement.
• Produce monthly performance reports with actionable insights to improve ROI and expand international outreach.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns, specifically Google Ad Grants for nonprofits.
• Strong understanding of digital fundraising strategies and global donor acquisition.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
• Passion for humanitarian work, environmental stewardship, and commitment to the NGO’s mission in Yemen.
